2. Age Restrictions

Spirit Dock only sells alcohol to persons aged 18 years or over. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that:

• You are legally entitled to purchase alcohol
• You will not supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age

Challenge 25 policy applies. Valid photographic identification may be required upon delivery. Spirit Dock reserves the right to refuse any order where age verification cannot be completed.

3. Licensing

All alcohol sales are processed and dispatched from licensed premises in accordance with UK licensing laws. Spirit Dock supports responsible alcohol retailing.

4. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• discontinue products
• change pricing
• limit quantities
• refuse orders

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may be added during checkout. Spirit Dock reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

6. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Spirit Dock reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse orders, limit quantities, or request additional verification where necessary. Orders may be cancelled where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, age verification fails, delivery restrictions apply, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers. Spirit Dock does not store customer payment card information. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

8. Delivery

Spirit Dock currently delivers within mainland United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Alcohol deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or over. Spirit Dock reserves the right to refuse delivery where suitable ID cannot be provided, no adult is present, or delivery conditions are unsafe. Additional delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts.

9. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Opened alcohol products cannot normally be returned unless faulty. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

Spirit Dock reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is suspected.
