Refund Policy
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We may offer a replacement, refund or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of alcohol products, opened items cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened items may be eligible for return subject to approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will usually be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
