UK Delivery

Spirit Dock currently delivers across mainland United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
• Premium Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Age Verification

Alcohol can only be sold and delivered to persons aged 18 years or over. Challenge 25 policy applies.

Customers may be required to provide valid photographic identification upon delivery. If suitable ID cannot be provided, delivery may be refused.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to no person aged 18 or over being available to accept the order, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations or where licensing restrictions apply. Spirit Dock supports responsible alcohol retailing and reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
